Even though being touted the greatest recruing class in history, Thad Matta's recruits are showing a few defects.

"City prosecutors will seek felony charges against Ohio State basketball recruit David Lighty, who was arrested Wednesday ....

Lighty... was held overnight on suspicion of assault, criminal trespassing and criminal activity on school property.

The incident happened about 9 p.m. Wednesday
Two patrolmen arrived and saw three men with guns in the bleachers.....

Officers pointed their guns at the three men and told them to drop the weapons...."
 
I think we might wait and see what Matta does in regard to this charge against Lighty. Remember, when he recruited and signed the kid, he didn't have any blemishes on his record, and he is not enrolled at Ohio State, yet.

It is a huge stretch to compare Matta with Huggins, who knowingly recruits criminals, and enables and sometimes condones their activities when they are his players.
